Our morning routine begins with checking notifications, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media outlets, and then we think about getting out of bed to brush our teeth.
We reach for our phones every time we have a down moment and follow the same routine. This continues throughout the day until we finally go to sleep.
